Disclaimer & Legal Liability Waiver

By using my Website, booking a 1:1 Session or Event, or listening to one of my free meditations, you are confirming that you have carefully reviewed and agreed to our Disclaimer & Legal Liability Waiver and that you forever waive, release and discharge me and my team members from any and all legal claims and liability, without limitation.

I am not a medical doctor and Services & Products I provide have not been evaluated by any medical governing agency. Therefore, these are never a substitute for conventional medical or mental health psychological diagnosis and treatment and should never be regarded as such. 

You are hereby informed to NOT rely on Jon Mason and his Products & Services as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare provider.  For any medical concerns please seek a healthcare professional in a timely manner.  

By working with me in any form, either individually or within a group setting, you confirm that you are using Jon Mason Products & Services solely for your own personal interest in spirituality or education.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation for a 1:1 Session received at least 24 hours before the appointment time: a full refund will be issued.

Cancellation for a 1:1 Session made within 24 hours of the appointment: no refund and no customer credit will be given, except in exceptional circumstances, and I reserve the right to charge a £25 administrative fee.

No Show or Late Arrival for a 1:1 Session for any reason forfeits your appointment.  No refund and no customer credit in full or partial, no make-up session and no rescheduling will be given, except in exceptional circumstances, and subject to a £25 administrative fee.

For cancellation of online events, no refund and no customer credit will be given, except in exceptional circumstances.

For cancellation of in-person events, no refund and no customer credit will be given unless we are able to fill the space, or except in exceptional circumstances, and will be subject to a £25 administration charge.

All content provided by Jon Mason is subject to full copyright protection under UK law.  This includes but is not limited to, any online event recordings or other audio or visual media and any written pieces.

All content provided by Jon Mason is for the personal use only by the individual who registered for the Event and should not be shared without my prior permission.  Your own recording of any of my Events or 1:1 Sessions is prohibited, unless I have granted permission, as well as any replication or use of my recorded content.

    Your privacy is important to us, and we have prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use & protect your information when you use our Website, or sign up for a 1:1 Session or for one of our Events, and to illustrate your choices for managing your information preferences, and to outline your rights with respect to your personal data (including under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, or “GDPR”).  

  2. Types of Data Collected

    My Website does not use cookies to collect information about your online activity as you browse its pages.

    I simply collect personal information from you in order to deliver my Products & Services to you. The data includes your name, email address, phone number and billing information.

  3. Data Sharing

    We will not share your personal data with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide you with the Products & Services offered by us or to comply with the law.  Third parties may include appointment scheduling & event management providers such as Acuity, Newsletter providers such as Sendinblue and File Transfer Systems (for Event replays) such as WeTransfer.                                       

    We may use your personal data to follow up on transactions initiated on the Website or that you have emailed us about. We may also use your contact information to inform you of any changes to the Website, or to send you additional information (including periodic 1:1 Session & Event updates & newsletters), to which you give your permission by providing your personal data.

    If you contact me you acknowledge & accept that a member of my team may respond to you on my behalf.

  4. Data Security

    Your information is not stored unless you purchase a Product or Service or otherwise provide affirmative consent for us to collect your personal data, for example by providing your email address for Frequency Session & Event updates and newsletters.  

    Your information will no longer be stored when it is no longer required for the purpose for which it has been collected, except as provided for by law.

    If you subscribe to my Newsletter your email address & name will be retained until you unsubscribe.

    In providing your personal data you accept that no data transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

  5. Your Rights with Respect to Your Personal Data

    You may review, correct, update, or change your personal data by contacting us at: info@jonmason.net and you may unsubscribe from my Newsletters by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom.

    With regard to any personal data processed by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy, you are by law entitled to:

  • Request a copy of your personal data
  • Have your personal data rectified or erased 
  • Request your personal data be transferred.
